This year we organised another "hut seminar". At the end of August, we spent a week together in a holiday flat in Schoppernau, Vorarlberg (Austria). During this week, all 14 group members and guests had the chance to get to know each other better. The time was perfect to exchange ideas and learn from each other with all different levels of the group, from Bachelor to Professor.

Besides scientific exchange and lectures, we spent a lot of time talking about soft skills, career planning, and the use of AI in science. We also did workshops on public speaking and problem solving strategies and teamwork.

This time we were completely self-catered for the week, meaning we cooked all the food ourselves, which made us bond even more as a group.

Of course, we also took advantage of the great weather and hiked together in the mountains, e.g. during a waterfall tour or a sunrise hike.

In August 2022 we organized a seminar for our group in the mountains of austria. For a week we stayed in the Ravensburger Hut at almost 2000-meter altitude located close to Langen am Arlberg. You can find more information here.
