Dr. Benjamin Brecht was an invited speaker at the Quantum Information Spring School "Photonic Quantum Technologies" in Les Houches, France. In his presentation, he gave an introduction to the nitty gritty details of parametric down-conversion in the optics lab and shared some of the IQO group's long-lasting expertise in source engineering. His presentation was well received and sparked numerous inspiring discussions with talented young researchers from across the world.
