Col­lab­or­at­ive work on cer­ti­fy­ing quantum-net­work to­po­lo­gies pub­lished in Phys­ic­al Re­view Let­ters

In a collaboration led by the group of Otfried Gühne at the University of Siegen, we performed an experimental study with the aim of certifying the topology — that is, the entanglement structure — of different six-partite quantum networks.

Bundespräsident Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier hat Prof. Dr. Christine Silberhorn, Leiterin des Instituts für Photonische Quantensysteme und Inhaberin des Lehrstuhls für Integrierte Quantenoptik an der Universität Paderborn, in den Wissenschaftsrat berufen. Damit ist die Physikerin ab dem 1. Februar für eine Amtszeit von drei Jahren Mitglied im hochrangigsten wissenschaftspolitischen Beratungsgremium Deutschlands.
