At the Gymnasium Nepomucenum Rietberg the special learning assignments of three upper school students have been presented to the public. One of them, Matthias Strake, is investigating the thermally induced modification of nanosphere layer masks.

A TVIPS 2k x 2k FastScan CCD camera was put into operation at our Jeol FX2000 TEM.
