We are delighted to share that Tarun Kumar, currently pursuing a PhD in our group, has been jointly awarded the Best Master’s Thesis in the MSc Physics program at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi during the convocation ceremony held on 2 August 2025.
Their master’s research, titled “Studies on Conservative and Non-conservative aspects in Phase distributions: Spiral Interferometry”, was carried out in the Singular Optics Lab under the supervision of Prof. P. Senthilkumaran. We warmly congratulate Tarun on this outstanding achievement and look forward to more exciting research in the years ahead.
