The Faculty of Science aims to maintain and promote equal cooperation between women and men in research, teaching, services and studies.
The Faculty of Science wants to take measures that relate in particular to the equal participation of women and men in science and to the compatibility of work and parenthood.
The policies on equal opportunities apply to all members of the Faculty of Science, i.e. to lecturers, academic staff, technical and administrative staff and students. They are aimed at women and men alike, because equality is a task that the entire Faculty of Science has to tackle together.
